on top of the world

i walked for so long
a lifetime, two lifetimes
that when i got to the top of the world i leaned on the grass
and tangled my breath inside air, water, fire and earth

yes, i believe in alchemy


then i took it all in
so that when i reach another top
i don't have to stop and rest

i can go rnning after the next one
